2025 Performance Evaluation Process
All eligible staff employees hired before December 1, 2024, will receive an email later today inviting them to complete their self-evaluation. This self-evaluation allows staff to reflect on their professional accomplishments, challenges, strengths, and opportunities for development. Employees can also assess progress toward current goals and propose goals for the next academic year.
